Lifetime warranty

Every Aravé pan comes with a lifetime warranty. We build our pans to last, and we stand behind that for as long as you own one.

What the warranty covers

• Defects in materials and workmanship, for the lifetime of the pan
• Warping, cracking or separation of the layers under normal home use
• Handles or rivets that come loose under normal home use

If your pan has a covered defect, we will repair or replace it free of charge. If the model is no longer available, we will replace it with a comparable Aravé product.

What the warranty does not cover

• Normal wear and tear, such as scratches, scuffs and changes in the look of the cooking surface over time
• Discolouration, including heat tint and staining
• Damage from misuse, such as overheating an empty pan, dropping the pan or using it on a heat source it is not designed for
• Damage caused by the dishwasher
• Commercial or professional use
• Pans bought from unauthorised resellers

30-day trial

Cook with your pan for 30 days. If you are not happy with it, you can send it back for a full refund, even if you have used it. See our refund policy for how it works.

How to make a claim

Email info@arave-store.nl with your order number, a short description of the problem and one or more photos. We reply within 1–2 business days and let you know the next steps.

Your statutory rights

This warranty comes on top of your statutory rights as a consumer under Dutch and EU law. It does not limit those rights in any way.
