Shipping policy
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day.
Shipping is free on all orders within the Netherlands and the European Union.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Netherlands: 1–3 business days
- Rest of the EU: 3–7 business days
Once your order is on its way, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow it to your door.
Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the carrier, weather, or customs are outside our control, but we'll always help you resolve any issue.
If your order hasn't arrived within 10 business days of the expected delivery date, email us at info@arave-store.nl and we'll track it down for you.
