Aravé Wok
The Wok is built for high heat and movement. Its deep, sloped sides keep food in motion, which makes it right for stir-frying, searing, and tossing over a strong flame. At 32 cm it gives you room to cook for the whole table.
Three layers, each with a job. A solid titanium cooking surface, not a coating, sits on an aluminium core that spreads heat evenly, with a 430 steel base that works on induction. No coating to wear off. Nothing to scratch through.
It comes with a glass lid. The lid is tempered glass with a steel rim, so you can watch food as it cooks and trap heat and moisture when you need to. The lid is not titanium and not part of the cooking surface. The pan itself is oven-safe to 290°C; keep the glass lid below 180°C.
The hammered surface is part of how it's made, not a finish on top. Dishwasher-safe, made to last.
